Hair es una película musical de 1979 basada en la obra de teatro musical del mismo nombre (Hair) de 1967, cuya banda sonora ha sido editada posteriormente y que trata sobre la cultura hippie en los Estados Unidos durante la guerra de Vietnam. La película fue dirigida por Milos Forman, que fue nominado por ella para los Premios César a la mejor película extranjera, y tiene como protagonistas a Treat Williams, John Savage, Beverly D'Angelo, Lee "Skeleton" Wilson, Don Dacus y Annie Golden.
